Sander Motor Sales Ltd. was
established in 1979 by Carl Sander and sons, Wayne and Les. Shortly
after the Chrysler Dodge franchise was awarded to them.
Originally built as a service station, Texaco, at the time, it
had a flat roof, block walls and service bays at the front of
the building. Over the years the building has had several
renovations and the building itself has been enlarged. The
service bays were moved to the back of the building and a
showroom was installed where the original bays had been. The
original block was lined with
brick and the flat roof was
replaced with trusses.
In the 1990's two more sons joined the team. Ray and Robert
bought shares in the company and Carl began his semi-retirement.
Shortly after the amalgamation of Daimler and Chrysler, Sander
Motor Sales Ltd. was awarded the Jeep franchise in 2005.
In November 2006, after a year of deliberations, it was decided
that Sander Motor Sales Ltd. would give up their gas business in
order to focus their attention on their New and Pre-Owned
Vehicle Sales and Service.

Sander Motor Sales Ltd. becomes one of just eight dealerships in
Canada to be recognized by Chrysler as a Doctor in The House.
DIH distinction is awarded to dealers whose service staff has
attained the highest levels in the technical training program.

Sander Motor Sales Ltd. forever puts to rest any question of
whether or not they will ever serve gasoline again by tearing
out their old fuel tanks, islands and kiosk.
March 14, 2009 Sander Motor Sales Curling Team wins the 2009 annual
Ratcliff Auto Body Curling Fun Spiel.
